Location troubleshooting
Open iOS Settings, select RideVivo, then Location, and choose Always with Precise Location enabled. Start the ride while you have a reliable data connection. A blue location indicator may appear while an active ride continues in the background.
Protect your location
Your spectator link allows its recipient to view the location shared during the ride. Send it only to people you trust. Tap Finish ride as soon as you no longer want to broadcast.
When contacting support
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, approximate ride time, and the relevant ride link. Do not email your precise home address.
